Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia C-076/12.
La memorialista considera que la sentencia referida está viciada de nulidad por las protuberantes fallas cometidas en materia probatoria que conducen a una violación grave del debido proceso.
Luego de analizar la petición de nulidad concluye la Sala que no es viable acceder a la misma, por cuanto las acusaciones presentadas, lejos de manifestar vulneraciones al debido proceso, buscan reabrir el debate que tuvo lugar al analizar cada uno de los cargos resueltos con ocasión de la sentencia C-076/12.
